Happiness

"Happiness" Happiness is a feeling of pleasure ,positivity, joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment. When someone feels good, proud, excited, satisfied about something, that person is said to be "happy". Happiness is usually thought of as the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a part of life. Every human being wants to be happy but happiness seems to me like a plant whose name is Mimosa pudica (touch me not plant). As soon as it is touched it withers. Happiness & Sadness both comes in every human life. The duration of happiness is short. Life is a test which includes trials, tribulations and sorrows. It is a virtue to give happiness to someone for a moment, to make someone smile. But everyone wants to be happy. Very few people think of others When we take sand particles in our fists, they start coming out of our hands. The palm becomes empty. In the same way, happiness comes to life and then slips out of our hands. The more we run after something, the farther it goes. As children, we enjoy small toys Some people are happy with the slightest thing, but those whose desires are unlimited remain ungrateful. Trying to be happy also makes a person tired. Because there is a big difference between being happy and being happy from the heart. Some people compromise with the situation and become happy even in sorrows. Happiness is like a butterfly that can be run to catch and feel happy as soon as it is touched, and as soon as it flies away with the hands, depression begins to appear on our face. Some moments of our life, beautiful memories spread a smile on our face. Just as day is light and night is dark, there is happiness in one moment and sorrow in another. Thorns are part of the flower. Grief and sorrow are part of life. The person who learns to be happy passes every test of life. Happiness comes from sharing happiness. Happiness is related to our soul. Being happy protects a person from diseases like depression and various ailments. Being happy does not make a person old quickly. Everyone associates with a smiling person our surroundings and our relationships that can help us for a happier life Negative thinking happens to all of us, but if we recognize it and ignore all the negative thinking's & take a step toward a happier life. And thinking positive thoughts and surrounding yourself with positive people really does help. It's the feeling of truly enjoying your life. Happiness can predict health and longevity. Stay Happy & Spread Happiness. Pas your life like a candle which burn & give light to others. Happiness comes & go in our life "Be a part of it"
