"Mashrooms" Mushrooms are an umbrella-like fungus also called Mycelium They grow from the ground after rain. They are white in color in pure form. They grow from the soil.They are very popular in food and have many benefits.When they grow from the ground after rain, they are uprooted immediately so that ants do not harm them. They are washed thoroughly with water and cooked over low heat. They are very tasty. They are available in stores, but these fresh mushrooms are found only in villages, in fields in the ground, or around trees.There are two types of mushrooms. We should use only fresh mushrooms.All of Human's use the fresh mashrooms which grow in the fields after the rain or which grow in a Pure places after the rain . Mashrooms spring up like tulips . Spores of mashrooms after the rain makes more mashrooms .Mashrooms are found everywhere in the world in a great variety they are actually a kind of Fungus . They have a delicate flavor & meaty texture.Mashrooms are neither fruit nor vegetable. Mashrooms are neither a plant nor a fruit they don't come from seeds ,flowers & roots . Mashrooms have no seeds ,roots,leaves & don't need light to grow . Mashrooms are a type of fungi .They belong to their own separate kingdom. Mashrooms are rich in B vitamins like B2 ,B9,B1,B5 & B3. These helps the body to produce red blood cells , which carry oxygen throughout the body.Mashrooms have a great taste & amazing health benefits . Mashrooms have a ton of essential vitmamins & minerals which are excellent for our diet .Mashrooms are a good source of vitamin D, an important component in bone & immune health .Mashrooms are rich sources of potassium , a nutrient known for reducing the negative impact that sodium can have on your body & also help to lower blood pressure & boost our brain.Eating mushrooms also reduce the risk of neurological illness in the future nd also protect the body from the physiological stress .
